YYoga Teacher Training leverages the strength and scale of Canada's largest yoga company to deliver one of British Columbia's most comprehensive and professionally oriented yoga teacher training programs. The 200-hour curriculum is designed to produce teachers who are not only technically proficient but also deeply grounded in yoga's philosophical traditions. Core modules cover classical and contemporary asana technique, with a particular emphasis on intelligent sequencing that serves students of all levels. Anatomy education goes beyond textbook knowledge, using movement-based learning to help trainees understand the biomechanics of yoga postures in living bodies.

Yoga philosophy studies explore the historical and spiritual foundations of the practice, from the Yoga Sutras to modern interpretations of yoga ethics and lifestyle.
