Rishikesh Adiyogi is a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga school in Rishikesh, India, offering authentic and alignment-focused Yoga Teacher Training programs in a traditional yogic environment. Located in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, the school provides 100-hour, 200-hour, and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, along with yoga retreats, alignment workshops, and specialized Kundalini Yoga training.
The school's teaching approach combines traditional Hatha Yoga with Iyengar-inspired alignment, yoga anatomy, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, asana practice, sequencing, and practical teaching methodology.
