Inside the community, we host a coaching call on Thursdays at 12pm PST – in this call we review the marketing plan, theme and content for the upcoming week, we also discuss feedback from the group on how the previous weeks have gone and how we can improve.
This is a sales focused call. our goal is for everyone in the community to grow their revenue and impact and we discuss ways of achieving that in the upcoming week – every week.
On Tuesdays at 12pm, we host a live Q&A – we go over community board discussions and any pressing topics.
Other topics include, how to follow up with members that try out your studio for the first time, how to onboard new clients and create a great experience that ensures a “Sticky” member.
The community is continuously active and open for you to ask questions.
In order for the community to thrive, we need to have founders who are in a similar journey.
We carefully select new members to ensure a community of growth-focused, high-character members.
The goal is to support existing operations to double their revenue and increase their margins so they can grow their positive impact in society.
Because of it we don’t let everyone in the community, we want to ensure the group has enough operators that can share value amongst each other.
