Hatha Vidya Bali offers traditional Hatha Yoga retreats rooted in classical yogic texts and the Naatha tradition. Guided by Acharya Bala, founder of Hatha Vidya Gurukulam, our programs go beyond physical postures to include pranayama, meditation and time-tested yogic practices for a calmer, healthier life.
Set in the peaceful natural surroundings of Bali, our retreats are open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each day follows a simple, disciplined rhythm of asana, pranayama, meditation and study, taught in the spirit of "Preserving Yoga for Generations."
